A kick for ketchup

Ketchup is a magical creation, but like anything else it can get monotonous after a while. To give it a little boost, try blending it with some kick+tang. It turns out the two sauces’ flavor profiles are a match made in heaven.

The tamarind turbocharges the tanginess in ketchup, and the garlic draws out ketchup’s umami magic. Meanwhile the habaneros are a nice contrast to its sweetness that’s very appealing to a brown girl like me.
