<image:title>Blog & Recipes - A kick for ketchup</image:title>
<image:caption>Ketchup is a magical creation, but like anything else it can get monotonous after a while. To give it a little boost, try blending it with some kick+tang. It turns out the two sauces’ flavor profiles are a match made in heaven. The tamarind turbocharges the tanginess in ketchup, and the garlic draws out ketchup’s umami magic. Meanwhile the habaneros are a nice contrast to its sweetness that’s very appealing to a brown girl like me.</image:caption>

The challenge, for farmers, is how to meet demand for an inexpensive food source when Mother Nature has other ideas—and when the crop itself contributes to the emissions that are making it harder to grow in traditional locations.”</image:caption>
